  Warranty Periods

  • 5 years for the “Pioneer” branded roof platforms, other roof tray products and roof racks;

  • 1 year for products made from textile and fabric, locks and electrical components;

  • 3 years for steel (ferrous) products and components; and

  • 5 years for all other products.

  • Lifetime for the “Euro”, “Heavy Duty” and “Vortex” cross bar systems;

  Q1. What tools are needed to fit the Nautic Stack?

  A1. You will only need a Stanley knife and a tape measure to fit the Nautic Stack. Please see the Instructions section of this page for a full list of what comes with this product and what you may need for assembly.
