Warranty information
You can find a full copy of our Warranty Terms as well as register your Rhino-Rack product from our Warranty Page.
Warranty Periods
- 5 years for the “Pioneer” branded roof platforms, other roof tray products and roof racks;
- 1 year for products made from textile and fabric, locks and electrical components;
- 3 years for steel (ferrous) products and components; and
- 5 years for all other products.
- Lifetime for the “Euro”, “Heavy Duty” and “Vortex” cross bar systems;

FAQ’s

Q1. What tools are required to fit the RL Series leg to my vehicle's roof?

A1. Provided with the kit is an Allen Key and other than that you will need a 16mm or 5/8 Spanner, Rubber Mallet and a Measuring Tape. There is a full list of all necessary tools and included components in the instructions for this roof system.
