Shipping Policy
Delivery of the Products will be effected by Rhino-Rack after payment for the Order has been made in full.
Rhino-Rack will arrange delivery of Products to the delivery address stated in the Order. The Products shall be delivered by a carrier selected by Rhino-Rack. Rhino-Rack may make partial deliveries.
Following terms will apply to delivery of the Products:
(a) Once the Order has been placed, Rhino-Rack will send an Order confirmation email. Orders placed before 10pm AEST will be dispatched next business day from Rhino-Rack’s Sydney warehouse (excluding public holidays);
(b) Once the Order has been dispatched, Rhino-Rack will send a shipping confirmation email containing the connote number(s). An additional communication from the freight forwarder will also be sent with shipping and tracking information
(c) Customer must provide a street delivery address where the Customer will be present to receive delivery of the Products ordered. Rhino-Rack is not responsible, and disclaims any liability, for packages left unattended in the event that the Customer is not available to receive delivery;
(d) All Orders must include a complete shipping/delivery address and contact phone number;
Any dates specified by Rhino-Rack for delivery of the Products are intended to be an estimate only and are not guaranteed. Time for delivery shall not be made of the essence. Rhino-Rack will not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Products which is outside of Rhino-Rack’s control.
Upon dispatch of the Products under the Order, Rhino-Rack will issue an Invoice to the Customer for the Products dispatched and delivery charges.
Title to and risk in the Products passes to the Customer upon delivery of the Products to the Customer.
Delivery occurs when possession or control of the Products passes to the Customer, its representative, agent or carrier.
A delivery docket issued by Rhino-Rack or its carrier will be sufficient evidence of delivery.
Upon delivery of Products, the Customer shall inspect the Products and packaging for the quantity and quality.
Products will be packaged in accordance with Rhino-Rack’s standard packaging procedure in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Please note that when an order is placed during a promotional and holiday period, there may be a delay on the date of dispatch due to the high volume of orders received.

Defective Product Return Instructions
Contact Customer Service
Please contact help@rhinorack.com.au to initiate the return process. Please give a detailed explanation for the reason for the return and include a copy of the original sales order. Items being returned for reasons other than defective (i.e. ordered wrong application/part#, ordered wrong color, change of mind, etc) may be returned but it is the consumers responsibility to pay the freight cost back to Rhino-Rack.
Pack your item(s)
Securely pack the item(s) in the shipping cartons with Rhino-Rack packaging and packing slip. We strongly suggest you insure the return package(s) in case damage occurs or the package is lost during transit.
Get your refund
Please allow 10 days for our warehouse to process your returned package(s) upon arrival.
Returns Process & Terms
Products returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery with an approved Returns Authorization (RA) number from Rhino-Rack. A product is not eligible to be returned without first obtaining an RA number from Rhino-Rack Customer Service. Any product returned without an RA number will not be processed nor will a refund be issued.
Once your return has been received, deemed unused, and in sellable condition, a credit will be issued for the product returned.
All credits will be issued to the original credit or debit card used for order processing.

To be eligible for a return all items must:
Be placed and packed within Rhino-Rack packaging unless faulty and/or otherwise specified.
Include a copy of your packing slip and RA number.
Include all product manuals and small parts.
Be UNUSED / in NEW / SELLABLE condition.
Not Eligible for Return:
Products purchased in the Clearance section of the website

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?
Simply email customerservice@rhinorack.com.au with your Order number and request that it be cancelled. Please place “Order Cancellation” in the Subject line of the email.

We do not sell directly to customers, however, you can find your Local Dealer or view a list of our International Dealers.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO GET SPARE PARTS?
You can order spare parts from your local dealer. Your local dealer should be able to identify the part number required and order it for you. Otherwise, you can find part numbers in the fitting instructions provided with your product.
