  Warranty Periods

  • 5 years for the “Pioneer” branded roof platforms, other roof tray products and roof racks;

  • 1 year for products made from textile and fabric, locks and electrical components;

  • 3 years for steel (ferrous) products and components; and

  • 5 years for all other products.

  • Lifetime for the “Euro”, “Heavy Duty” and “Vortex” cross bar systems;

  Q1. Can I place the rails on the front and rear?

  A1. No these rails are designed to fit on the side of the Platform. There is another kit for a full rail system if that&39;s more suited to your needs.

  Q2. Will any Side Rail kit work with any Pioneer Platform?

  A2. No these rails are engineered to fit specific Pioneer Platforms dependant on size.
